Responsibilities Include:
The Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) duties include documentation, quality oversight, scheduling, overseeing residents care, and oversight of nursing regulations.
Qualifications:
- Associate degree or greater from an accredited college
- Unencumbered RN license in the state in which we operate
- LTC/SNF experience preferred
