About this position
PURPOSE:
This position will be responsible for assisting cabinet designers. Drawing cabinet layouts, pricing out projects, word processing, and filing. Extensive software skills are required, as well as research abilities and strong communication skills.
DUTIES AND RESPONDSIBILITIES:
· Assist the cabinet designers with their projects.
· Create detailed drawings and 3D renderings based on client house plans.
· Generate quotes for designers to send to the clients.
· As requested mail samples to customers.
· Visit job sites with designers to take necessary notes for job.
· Prepare Install, and Field measure packets for installers, and field measure tech.
WORKING CONDITIONS:
· The work environment is office work with the occasional jobsite visit.

Requirements:EDUCATION:
· High school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not required.
SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE & ABILITIES:
· The ability to follow instructions, and complete forms as required along with the ability to use various computer software programs including 20/20 design software.
· Well organized and capable of communicating with employees and managers.
· Solid math and reading skills are required.
· The ability to handle customers and employee questions and concerns in a professional manner.
