RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Approach all guests and employees with a smile.
- Make beds, change linens, clean and sanitize guestrooms and bathrooms.
- Vacuum, sweep or mop floors as appropriate.
- Restock guest supplies such as soap, shampoo, bottles of water or coffee service.
- Remove all trash and dirty linen from guest rooms.
- Clean public areas such as hallways, lobby and public restrooms.
- Report any technical or maintenance issues to supervisor.
- Perform other tasks / jobs as assigned by the supervisor or manager.
- Intermittent “deep cleaning” tasks, including but not limited to cleaning AC coils, touching up paint on walls and furniture, rehanging sliding doors, etc.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School diploma or equivalent and/or experience in a hotel or a related field preferred.
- Ability to bend, lift, carry and move 25-30 pounds
- Ability to work standing or walking for entire shift
- Work with little or no supervision while maintaining high-levels of cleanliness and efficiency
- Strong attention to detail
- Available to work a varied schedule that may include weekends and holidays.
- Ability to communicate with guests and team members.
