With continued growth comes opportunity, and we are currently searching for a Top Secret SCI with polygraph-cleared Senior-level Acquisition Professional. 


Responsibilities:

Acquisition Professionals (AP) provides acquisition support on functions for program management. Assists program managers in developing program documentation, creating program schedules, tracking program status, evaluating operational and technical alternatives, performing risk assessment and managing integrated product teams.

  • Advice to Government on acquisition / solicitation / award strategy
  • Development / refinement of acquisition strategy, including drafting, documentation management, tracking of status, organizing meetings
  • Requirements phase gathering and documentation, including management and integration of contract requirements from multiple sources solicitation drafting / administration / strategy
  • RFI / RFP administration: tracking, documenting correspondence and questions from prospective vendors, support for industry day activities
  • Source selection administration: organizing proposal review process, administration of Government scoring, Government proposal review documentation management, etc. 
Requirements:
  • TS/SCI with Poly required. (FS desired).
  • A Bachelor’s Degree with a business or technical focus is required. 
  • Twelve (12) years of demonstrated combined experience in DoD program management, contract management, and/or financial management, and a bachelor's degree with a business or technical focus is required. In lieu of a degree, Project Management Institute PMP certification, Contract Manager CPCM certification, or DAWIA Level III in any focus area, and an additional three (3) years of directly related experience for a total of fifteen (15) years may be substituted. 
  • Familiarity with Plan-It is preferred. 
  • In lieu of certification, an additional three (3) years of directly related experience for a total of eighteen (18) years may be substituted. 
  • Intermediate proficiency with MS Excel is required to include demonstrated use of pivot tables, slicers, and pivot charts.

Many factors can influence final salary including, but not limited to relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. Final salary can also be influenced by a position’s geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories, and contract wage rates.


The salary Range for this position is: $150,000-190,000
