What You’ll Do:

As a Valet Attendant, you’ll be the first friendly face our residents and guests see. Your role is vital in ensuring smooth arrivals and departures, maintaining safety, and delivering top-notch service every day.


Your responsibilities will include:

  • Greeting residents, families, and guests with professionalism and warmth
  • Safely operating, parking, and retrieving vehicles (automatic & manual)
  • Assisting with mobility needs, including walkers, wheelchairs, and packages
  • Managing traffic flow and maintaining safety in valet and drop-off areas
  • Delivering packages and assisting with resident needs promptly
  • Collaborating with Community Safety, Transportation, and Concierge teams
  • Reporting incidents or concerns to supervisors and supporting emergency responses
Requirements:

What You Bring:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • A valid South Carolina driver’s license in good standing
  • At least 21 years of age (insurance requirement)
  • Ability to drive both automatic and manual transmission vehicles
  • Previous experience in senior living, healthcare, or hospitality is a plus
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and customer service skills
  • Calm, courteous demeanor—even under pressure

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs
  • Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
  • Capable of assisting residents with physical mobility needs
