Are you a proactive HR professional who thrives on

Resource Generalist to join our team and help create an engaging,
compliant, and high-performing workplace. In this role, youll partner closely
with site leadership and the corporate HR team to support employees, drive
retention, and ensure HR operations run smoothly.
What Youll Do
- Serve
as a bridge between management and employees, addressing concerns,
coaching, and resolving performance or employee relations issues.
- Ensure
compliance with employment legislation, company policies, and
accreditation requirements.
- Coordinate
staff development and training activities, including onboarding and new
employee orientation.
- Maintain
accurate training records and oversee completion of required
certifications.
- Plan
and support employee engagement and recognition events to boost morale.
- Serve
as a liaison for unemployment compensation matters and support staffing
needs.
- Partner
with Talent Acquisition on recruiting initiatives, including career fairs
and requisition management in ATS.
What Were Looking For
Education
- Associates
degree (required).
- Bachelors
degree in Human Resources (preferred).
Experience
- Minimum
of 2 years experience in human resources (required).
- Experience
with HR Information Systems (HRIS) and/or Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
(required).
- Experience
in a healthcare setting (preferred).
