Job Summary

Overview

The CSR position is a full-time position that will help support the day to day operations of the company working closely with management and call center. Must be available to work Monday-Friday 8:30-5:00

Responsibilities and Duties

  • These tasks include but are not limited to the following:
  • Administer incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Daily scheduling our HVAC and Plumbing technicians.
  • Follow-up with Service Technician or Installer to ensure all administrative documents are submitted and finalized in Service Titan.
  • Follow-up with clients and staff to ensure services are completed and issues resolved.
  • Perform a variety of office/clerical duties as necessary
  • Schedule and coordinate multiple activities.
  • Accurately enter information into multiple computer systems.
  • Other duties as assigned
