Critical Peake Electrical Services is expanding and hiring a Warehouse Operations Associate to support our warehouse, fleet, and field operations. We are a Maryland-based electrical contractor serving Maryland, Washington D.C., Virginia, and Delaware, known for professionalism, quality workmanship, and a strong team culture.

This is a hands-on, hourly role ideal for someone organized, dependable, and comfortable supporting daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, check in, and label materials with the correct job numbers
• Track deliveries and notify Project Managers of quantities received
• Deliver and retrieve materials to support field crews
• Return unused materials to the warehouse with proper documentation
• Maintain clean, organized warehouse and storage areas
• Perform routine vehicle inspections (cleanliness, damage, safety items)
• Assist with fleet service scheduling and documentation
• Ensure vehicles have current registration, insurance, towing info, and GPS
• Manage tool check-in/check-out and tool cage organization
• Maintain accurate vehicle sign-out and fleet records
• Perform other operational duties as assigned

Qualifications

Required

• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
• Ability to lift and move materials up to 50 lbs
• Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently
• Basic mechanical aptitude and familiarity with hand tools

Preferred

• Warehouse, construction, or fleet support experience
• Experience with inventory or maintenance records
• Basic Microsoft Office or inventory system knowledge
