What You’ll Do

  • Maintain, repair, and improve all electrical and control systems across the plant and warehouse
  • Install, troubleshoot, and repair low & high voltage (single/three-phase) systems for packaging lines, utilities, and support equipment
  • Upgrade outdated or unsafe wiring to meet NEC standards and ensure full compliance
  • Perform preventive maintenance on compressors, boilers, pumps, and lighting systems
  • Execute electrical emergency and scheduled maintenance safely and efficiently
  • Read, interpret, and update electrical schematics and PLC logic
  • Collaborate with engineers and contractors on plant improvement projects
  • Maintain a clean, organized workspace and follow GMP and safety standards at all times

Who You Are (Hands-On Problem Solver)

  • 5+ years in industrial or manufacturing electrical work (pharma, packaging, or related field)
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and familiarity with building maintenance systems
  • Skilled in DC/AC motors & drives (Allen-Bradley preferred)
  • Experience with PLC programming (Micrologix, PLC-5) and HMI systems (PanelView)
  • Knowledge of intrinsically safe environments (Class I, Div. I, Group C&D)
  • Comfortable using diagnostic tools (multimeters, oscilloscopes)
  • Forklift certified or willing to obtain certification
  • High school diploma required; trade or advanced technical training preferred
