Summary/Objective:

The Residential Outside Sales Representative is responsible for generating new residential customers by engaging homeowners directly at their homes within an assigned territory. This role requires daily travel, door-to-door outreach, and strong interpersonal communication skills to effectively present service options, answer questions, and close sales. The ideal candidate is highly motivated, self-driven, and comfortable working independently in the field.


Responsibilities/Essential Functions: 

  • Drive sales by engaging with potential residential customers face-to-face and educating them about Fybe fiber products of internet and home phone.
  • Complete required residential door-knocks each day and record in daily tracking system
  • Build relationships within your community and be a trusted Fybe ambassador by attending various community events.
  • Utilize a company-provided device to track leads, manage sales, and document activity in real time.
  • Represent Fybe with professionalism and model best practices in the sales process.

Requirements:

What we are looking for;

  • 1+ year of sales experience with prior experience working on commission.
  • Strong communication & interpersonal skills to build rapport and establish trust - you love talking to people!
  • Sales-centric mindset with genuine passion for delivering exceptional sales results by achieving sales targets. Ability to empathize with customers, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions. 
  • Digital proficiency Comfortable navigating digital platforms and tools. Proficient in using customer relationship management (CRM) systems and other relevant software applications. Ability to adapt to new technologies and embrace digital transformation.
  • Highly self-motivated & goal-driven—you thrive in a performance-based role with a knack for working independently.
  • Reliable transportation (where applicable), valid driver’s license, insurance, and a satisfactory driving record required to move within your assigned sales territory.
  • Comfortable working and walking outdoors in all weather conditions (rain, heat, cold) we provide gear to keep you covered.
  • Must be able to work in the early evening and on Saturdays as business needs dictate.

Education and Certifications:

  •  HS diploma or GED required.

Physical Requirements: 

  • Ability to sit, drive and walk outdoors in all weather conditions

Travel required

  • Travel to and from assigned territories and company facilities. Reliable Transportation and Valid driver's license required.


Salary Information

$30000.00 - $35000.00 Annual Salary
