We are searching fro a highly qualified candidate meeting all of the following criteria.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support clinical or business development operations (depending on role)
- Ensure adherence to organizational and regulatory standards
- Build strong relationships with patients, families, referral sources, and community partners
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality care
- Support census growth and organizational initiatives
Qualifications:
- Active RN license in the state of Texas
- Prior hospice leadership experience required
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care
