Our representatives do not cold call. We partner with more than 44,000 labor unions across North America, and members request their benefit reviews. Your role is to schedule appointments, meet with potential customers, and help them choose the programs that best support their families.
Responsibilities
Schedule and confirm appointments
Meet with members through phone or virtual consultations
Explain available benefit programs in simple, clear terms
Help clients complete digital forms and applications
Maintain accurate records and follow up when needed
Minimum Qualifications
Strong communication skills
Basic computer proficiency
Solid work ethic and professionalism
Good time-management abilities
