About this position

 We’re Bamboo Works — a fast-growing international staffing firm helping companies around the world build high-quality, affordable remote teams. As we scale, we’re looking for a Client Success Manager to take the lead in handling incoming leads, guiding them through the early stages, and building strong, lasting relationships.

This is a critical, client-facing role. You will be the first impression of our company to potential clients — and an ongoing point of contact once they partner with us. Your communication, professionalism, and intelligence will directly represent the quality and professionalism we stand for.

Location: Remote (Philippines)
Type: Full-Time, Independent Contractor
Working Hours: Mainly PH working hours, but should be flexible to accommodate client calls whenever necessary
Monthly Starting Salary: $1000-1600 (can be higher depending on level of experience) + commissions  

What You’ll Do

  • Conduct structured discovery calls with inbound leads to understand their hiring needs

  • Present our services confidently, ask the right questions, and tailor solutions accordingly

  • Guide clients through every step: from calibration to candidate shortlisting and onboarding

  • Maintain communication during the sourcing phase and manage follow-ups after candidate presentations

  • Become the primary account manager once roles are closed, owning client satisfaction and retention

  • Proactively identify upsell and expansion opportunities across existing accounts

  • Handle administrative tasks including NDAs, contracts, and service agreements

  • Build and manage your own pipeline of leads and clients through consistent outreach and follow-up

What We’re Looking For

Requirements (Non-Negotiable)

  • Fluent English — both written and spoken

  • Exceptional communication skills — structured, confident, and personable

  • Professional presence — calm under pressure, clear, and trustworthy

  • University degree — preferably in business, marketing, or a related field

  • Tech-savvy and business-oriented — able to quickly grasp different industries and roles

  • Empathetic sales approach — persuasive without being pushy

Must-Have Experience

  • At least 2-3 years of previous experience in staffing, recruitment, outsourcing or offshoring, in a client-facing role

  • Skilled in conducting discovery/introduction calls and managing client accounts

  • Proven success in managing the full client journey — from initial lead to long-term care

  • Ability to nurture B2B relationships and drive client satisfaction over time
     
  • Familiarity with remote hiring models and roles such as executive assistants, developers, marketers, analysts, or accountants
  • Bonus Points For

  • Experience with international clients in the US, UK, AUS, EU, or UAE

  • Experience in a startup or high-growth environment

  • Strong CRM and organizational skills
