We are seeking a Remote Technical Support Specialist to assist customers with product-related technical issues. This role is ideal for someone with strong troubleshooting skills and a passion for customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Provide remote IT/technical support via chat, email, and phone.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to software, hardware, or digital services.
- Guide users through troubleshooting steps and product usage.
- Document common issues and recommend improvements to the tech team.
- Stay up-to-date with company products and industry trends.
Requirements:
- 1+ years of experience in technical support or IT helpdesk roles.
- Strong understanding of operating systems, networking, and software troubleshooting.
- Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills.
- Ability to communicate technical solutions to non-technical users.
- Familiarity with helpdesk tools (Zendesk, Freshdesk, etc.) is a plus.
