Job Description:
We are seeking a Remote Technical Support Specialist to assist customers with product-related technical issues. This role is ideal for someone with strong troubleshooting skills and a passion for customer service.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide remote IT/technical support via chat, email, and phone.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to software, hardware, or digital services.
  • Guide users through troubleshooting steps and product usage.
  • Document common issues and recommend improvements to the tech team.
  • Stay up-to-date with company products and industry trends.

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of experience in technical support or IT helpdesk roles.
  • Strong understanding of operating systems, networking, and software troubleshooting.
  • Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills.
  • Ability to communicate technical solutions to non-technical users.
  • Familiarity with helpdesk tools (Zendesk, Freshdesk, etc.) is a plus.
