Duties:
- Plan and coordinate weekly and monthly ministry, social, service, and faith-based events
- Recruit, train, and manage volunteers for all ministry activities
- Develop annual calendar and budget; maintain event and volunteer records
- Promote events through social media, base meetings, and physical marketing
- Attend chapel staff meetings and submit activity reports
- Minimum 5 years of ministry experience with young adults in a military setting
- Experience in volunteer coordination, event planning, and budget management
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and social media platforms
