💼 Responsibilities:
Assist clients via phone, email, and virtual meetings
Explain insurance benefit options clearly and professionally
Answer questions related to policies, coverage, and claims
Conduct virtual consultations with new and existing customers
Stay up to date on products to help clients make informed decisions
👥 Who We’re Looking For:
No prior experience required — we’ll train you
High school diploma or GED required (college students/recent grads welcome)
Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
Comfortable using tech tools like Zoom and email
Reliable, self-motivated, and eager to grow
Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S.
