Bartender

Join our dynamic team at the Sugar Pine Lounge at LACC as a professional and friendly bartender, where you will play a key role in creating a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere for our members and guests. We are seeking a motivated individual with excellent customer service skills and a passion for hospitality to ensure our bar provides a memorable experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to members and guests

- Maintain a clean and organized bar area, adhering to health and safety standards

- Check identification to verify legal drinking age and ensure responsible alcohol service

- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, fostering a welcoming environment

- Manage cash register and process payments accurately

- Restock bar supplies and monitor inventory levels

- Follow all LACC policies and procedures, including responsible alcohol service and safety protocols

- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation of the bar and clubhouse events

Skills and Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a bartender or in a similar hospitality role

- Knowledge of drink recipes, mixing techniques, and bar equipment

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and special events

- Valid California Alcohol Server Certification (or ability to obtain upon hire) 

- Friendly, professional demeanor with a focus on customer satisfaction
