JOB SUMMARY: As a member of the patient care team, the RN provides safe, age-appropriate patient care and functions as an advisor and resource for patients and their families. The Operating Room at Sinai Hospital has a reputation for excellent clinical care, bedside and laboratory research, surgical education, academic collaboration, advanced technology, minimally invasive techniques, evidence-based care, colorful personalities and compassion.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- At least 2 years of RN Ortho Operating Room experience required
- Associate's degree in Nursing or Diploma in Nursing
- Maryland Board of Nursing (MBON) Registered Nurse license
- American Heart Association BLS Certification
- American Heart Association ACLS & PALS preferred
- Specialty Certification Preferred
