The Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Receivable and Collection Analyst to manage accounts receivable, ensure timely collections, and maintain positive relationships with customers. The ideal candidate will focus on catching up on overdue accounts and sustaining timely payment cycles.

What You’ll Do

  • Prepare regular reports on the status of Residential Collections, including aging reports and accounts in collections.

  • Contact customers via email and calls to resolve overdue invoices and secure timely payments.

  • Monitor accounts receivable to ensure prompt follow-ups and escalate issues as needed.

  • Reconcile account discrepancies, including payment misapplications or disputes.

  • Maintain accurate records of all collection activities and communications.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to streamline collection processes and improve efficiency.

  • Any other ad hoc if needed

What You Bring

  • Strong written and verbal communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

  • Proficient with SAP, JIRA and Microsoft Excel preferred

  • Proven experience in collections or accounts receivable.

  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.

  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively.

Actual total compensation will be determined based on factors such as knowledge, skills, performance and experience. The salary range indicated includes a Short Term Incentive Plan (“STIP”) which represents a percentage of your Base Salary based on the achievement of individual and corporate objectives; The STIP payment is calculated based on a formula that takes into account several factors, including, without limitation, corporate and individual performance measures. The STIP payment is conditional upon meeting all of the STIP’s eligibility requirements.
