About this position

Clay County Medical Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Nurse Aide to join our Rural Health Clinic team. This full-time position, working Monday-Friday,  supports a team of Family Practice Providers, helping deliver high-quality care to patients in our family medicine clinics.
Key Responsibilities:
  •  Room patients and obtain vital signs, assessments, and other relevant clinical information
  •  Relay patient needs professionally and accurately
  •  Manage the preparation and ongoing updates of medical records
  •  Assist with clinical documentation and manage patient forms
  •  Provide day-to-day clinical and administrative support to the provider
  •  Maintain a calm, professional demeanor to protect patient privacy and promote positive health outcomes
    • Requirements:
  • Certified as a CNA, Medical Aide, or Medical Assistant (must be in good standing in Kansas)
  • Prior clinic experience preferred, but willing to train the right candidate
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Commitment to confidentiality and a welcoming, patient-centered environment
  • Proficient with basic computer tasks and electronic medical records
