Construction Carpenter –  In the Metro EAST AREA

(Drywall, Framing & Trim) 

Job Summary 

Seeking an experienced Construction Carpenter for dental office build-outs and renovations, with a focus on drywall, general framing, and trim carpentry. Ideal candidates demonstrate high-quality craftsmanship and professionalism while working in healthcare environments. 

Responsibilities 

• Install, tape, mud, and finish drywall to a paint-ready standard
• Perform general framing for walls, ceilings, soffits, and bulkheads
• Install trim, doors, base, casing, and finish carpentry
• Read and interpret blueprints and layouts
• Maintain clean, dust-controlled, and safe job sites
• Work efficiently in active or occupied dental offices

Qualifications 

• 3+ years of experience in drywall, framing, and trim carpentry
• Commercial or medical/dental construction experience preferred
• Ability to read blueprints and construction documents
• Strong attention to detail and professional demeanor
• Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
• OSHA 10/30 preferred or willingness to obtain
