Compensation & Schedule
• 💰 40-43% collections (higher based on experience)

Who You Are
• DDS/DMD or NDEB-equivalent licensed (or eligible) in BC
• 🦷 Passionate about patient care and clinical growth
• 💬 Strong communicator who thrives in a collaborative team
• 🎓 New graduates welcome — mentorship available
