About this position

Position Description: The Search Strategist owns paid search strategy, execution, and optimization across our client portfolio.
This is a hands-on role where you'll manage campaigns across Google, Bing, Criteo, and other performance platforms. You'll develop keyword strategies, optimize for business objectives, and run tests that drive real results. We need someone who loves the details of SEM and is always looking for ways to improve performance.

Position Responsibilities: Lead strategy & execution:
  • Develop strategy and recommendations for paid search and sponsored ads campaigns
  • Manage campaigns across Google, Bing, Criteo, and other performance networks
  • Conduct in-depth keyword research, write ad copy, and manage bidding strategies
  • Utilize historical campaign data and updated search trends to make informed optimizations across major search engines
Optimize & test:
  • Conduct daily account optimizations and performance analysis against campaign goals
  • Provide recommendations to improve strategies, tactics, visibility, CTR, and conversions
  • Implement testing initiatives, landing page A/B tests, multivariate tests, offer testing
  • Run postmortem campaign analysis with clear findings and next steps

Own operations & reporting:

  • Handle campaign setup, launches, QA, and reporting
  • Manage budget tracking, allocation, and pacing
  • Produce weekly and monthly client deliverables efficiently
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: What You'll Bring -
  • Platform expertise across Google Ads Bing Ads, and third-party tracking
  • Experience with Google Shopping and retail media feeds, with understanding of e-commerce best practices
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, Looker, or other reporting platforms to optimize campaigns
  • Hands-on experience building campaigns in-platform and implementing SEM strategy
  • Strong communication skills, written, verbal, and presentation
Qualifications -
  • 23 years of SEM experience managing and optimizing campaigns
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Google Ads certification required
  • Comfortable in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
