About the Role
We are currently hiring Remote Life & Health Insurance Representatives with a clear pathway to management. Since 1951, our mission has been to protect working-class families through meaningful benefit solutions. This position involves engaging with pre-qualified members of unions, credit unions, and associations via virtual consultations on Zoom — no cold calling or door-to-door sales.

You'll help clients navigate life, accident, and supplemental health benefits that best suit their needs — while also having access to industry-leading training, support, and long-term growth opportunities.

Please note: This is a commission-based role with full support and mentorship provided. All interviews are conducted via Zoom video conferencing.


Responsibilities

  • Meet virtually with clients to explain benefit options

  • Enroll new members and assist with onboarding

  • Deliver ongoing service to existing clients

  • Tailor benefit packages to match client needs

  • Maintain compliance with all state and industry regulations

  • Organize appointments and maintain clear documentation

  • Build strong client relationships and expand outreach through networking


Ideal Candidate Will Have

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • High integrity and strong work ethic

  • Comfortable using Zoom and digital tools

  • Life & Health License (or willingness to obtain – licensing support available)
