We are currently recruiting for a Conference Marketing Part-Time Intern to work on-site at our headquarters in Opelika, Alabama. This internship offers hands-on experience in event coordination, marketing operations and logistics management for a fast-paced mobile app development company serving public safety departments across the U.S.

Primary Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist in preparing, packing and shipping marketing supplies for conferences nationwide. 
  • Track and manage inventory of marketing materials across seven vertical markets, ensuring supplies remain stocked. 
  • Maintain records of backdrops and banners that are mailed to representatives and ensure timely returns. 
  • Pack marketing bags and supplies for local sales representatives. 
  • Input post-conference data into spreadsheets to help track ROI. 
  • Support follow-up requests from sales representatives, including mailing prizes, promotional items or marketing materials to prospects. 
  • Help coordinate conference sponsorship deliverables such as logo submissions, ads and goodie bag inserts. 
  • Research promotional products and gather vendor quotes as needed. 
  • Keep marketing materials organized, labeled and stocked. 
  • Assist in tracking budgets for conference-related shipping, supplies and sponsorships. 
  • Prepare basic reports or summaries for leadership based on conference results. Identify and recommend process improvements for packing, shipping or inventory management.
