JOB TITLE: Program Manager - Youth Intervention Programs
Center for Family & Child Enrichment is seeking a dedicated and experienced Program Manager to oversee our SNAP and Community Counseling Programs. This role is responsible for managing program operations, staff supervision, service delivery, and ensuring compliance with all applicable statutes, administrative rules, and program standards. The ideal candidate will be passionate about improving outcomes for children and families and skilled in leadership, program management, and community engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage and provide supervision to program staff, including the SNAP Coordinator and Clinical Supervisor.
Oversee program development, quality assurance, and compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
Conduct recruitment, outreach, and marketing initiatives to support program participation.
Serve as primary contact for The Florida Network and ensure staff training aligns with program standards.
Monitor program performance, track key metrics, and implement improvements to meet program goals.
Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to coordinate services and resources for children and families.
Ensure confidentiality, ethical standards, and professional boundaries in all services provided.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Social Services, or related field (Master’s or LCSW preferred).
Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience in child welfare, behavioral health, or related fields.
Knowledge of grant management, budget oversight, and program compliance.
Valid Florida driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
Preferred Skills:
Behavioral health background.
Experience with quality assurance and strategic program planning.
Proficiency with computer systems and data management.
Work Schedule: Generally 9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m., including one-hour lunch; evening and weekend work may be required.
