Position Description: A Delivery Driver is responsible for transporting goods to customers, ensuring timely and safe delivery while providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities
Transport Goods: Collect and deliver items from warehouses or production areas to customers or businesses, adhering to assigned routes and schedules.

Loading and Unloading: Assist with loading and unloading items from vehicles, ensuring that goods are handled safely and efficiently.

Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and addressing any issues related to deliveries.

Route Planning: Plan and follow efficient routes to ensure timely deliveries, using navigation tools and local knowledge to avoid delays.

Documentation: Maintain accurate delivery records, including mileage, delivery status, and any incidents that occur during transport.

Vehicle Maintenance: Ensure the delivery vehicle is clean, well-maintained, and compliant with safety regulations.

Required Skills and Qualifications
Driving License: A valid driver's license is required, and depending on the vehicle type, a specialized license may be necessary.

Time Management: Strong organizational skills to manage delivery schedules and ensure timely arrivals.

Physical Fitness: Ability to lift heavy items and perform physically demanding tasks, as the job may involve loading and unloading goods.
