The Role
- Develop and oversee individualized, data driven treatment plans
- Provide clinical leadership, coaching, and mentorship to RBTs
- Analyze data and adjust treatment goals across the client journey
- Collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary providers
- Partner with leadership to support clinical excellence and team culture
Requirements
- Master’s or Doctorate in ABA or a related field
- Active BCBA certification in good standing for at least 3 years
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to mentor RBTs and contribute to a collaborative team environment
- CPR and First Aid certification or obtained within 30 days
- QBS Safety Care certification within 90 days
