Requirements:

The Role

  • Develop and oversee individualized, data driven treatment plans
  • Provide clinical leadership, coaching, and mentorship to RBTs
  • Analyze data and adjust treatment goals across the client journey
  • Collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary providers
  • Partner with leadership to support clinical excellence and team culture

Requirements

  • Master’s or Doctorate in ABA or a related field
  • Active BCBA certification in good standing for at least 3 years
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Ability to mentor RBTs and contribute to a collaborative team environment
  • CPR and First Aid certification or obtained within 30 days
  • QBS Safety Care certification within 90 days
