About the Role

As a Senior Graphic Designer, you are the visual engine of our brand ecosystem. Your mission: transform complex marketing objectives into impactful and seamless visual experiences. From social media to lifecycle strategies, you design content that captivates, converts, and strengthens our identity across every touchpoint.

What You Will Do

  • Design & Identity: Create strong visual concepts for our growth campaigns (Social Ads, Web, Emailing) while ensuring impeccable brand consistency.
  • User Experience (UX/UI): Design intuitive web interfaces and customer journeys centered on performance and simplicity.
  • Motion Design: Bring our messages to life through animation to maximize engagement on digital platforms.
  • Strategic Collaboration: Work hand-in-hand with Marketing, Product, and Content teams, from ideation to final execution.
  • Optimization & AI: Integrate generative AI tools (Midjourney, LLMs) into your workflow to combine production speed with creative excellence.

The Ideal Profile

  • 4 to 7 years of experience in digital design.
  • Proven experience in marketing campaigns and social media.
  • Portfolio demonstrating UX/UI design (understanding of the user journey).
  • Proficiency in AI tools like Midjourney and various LLMs as productivity tools.
  • Absolute mastery of Figma and the Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects).
  • Strong command of both French and English, both spoken and written.

Your Roadmap to Success (The First 90 Days)

  • 30 Days: Immersion in the brand DNA and our processes. You deliver your first campaign visuals in collaboration with the team.
  • 60 Days: You lead the creation of multi-channel campaigns from A to Z and optimize your processes using our internal tools.
  • 90 Days: As a creative pillar, you influence future visual directions and propose innovative solutions based on performance data.
