What You'll Do

In this hands-on role, you’ll troubleshoot and repair industrial and commercial cleaning and packaging equipment, ensuring customers always receive reliable, high-quality service. Responsibilities include:

  • Testing equipment (vacuums, floor scrubbers, sweepers, etc.) to determine issues. 
  • Repairing or replacing parts, performing adjustments, and retesting equipment. 
  • Completing detailed service reports for every job. 
  • Maintaining a  clean, safe, and efficient work area. 
  • Traveling to customer sites to perform repairs and build strong relationships. 
  • Setting up and testing new equipment prior to delivery. 
  • Supporting fellow Service Technicians and other departments as needed. 


Requirements:

What You Bring

  • Ability to read and follow verbal and written instructions in English. 
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and sound decision-making ability. 
  • Excellent communication and customer service orientation. 
  • Basic math skills: addition, subtraction, multiplication, division. 
  • Valid Wisconsin driver’s license with a clean driving record. 
  • Ability to lift 75–125 lbs., work in tight spaces, and perform physical movements such as bending, kneeling, crouching. 

Work Environment

  • Warehouse environment with exposure to dust, temperature changes, and fragrances or odors from cleaning equipment and chemicals. 
  • Moderate noise levels typical of industrial settings.
