Job Summary
Maximize efficiency and capacity of the Loader area and Breaker production floor. Maintains efficient running of product while maintaining direct report employees effectively.
Responsibilities
- Directing the Loader, Breaker and Tray wash workforce on daily tasks.
- Managing the Westfalia and Savanna systems.
- Training/ cross-training of all loader and breaker employees.
- Ensuring quality on all outgoing liquid products.
- Maximizing the throughput of the Loader and breaker systems.
- Follow and execute the Daily plan. Ensuring the correct eggs make it to the correct product.
- Monitoring of CIP systems, Chemical usage and automated chemical dosing systems.
- Work with Management and suppliers on any ongoing breaker process improvements. Maximizing quantity of eggs to the finished product.
- Other duties as assigned.

- Will work closely with Plant personnel, maintenance and management.
- Follow all Forsman Biosecurity protocols.
- Ability to adjust to changing circumstances, engaging team and work in a fast-paced environment
- Dependable and self-motivated and strong communication skills
- Ability to identify, propose solutions, implement process improvements, monitor and adjust based on results
- Technologically and mechanically inclined to be able to troubleshoot robots & loaders
