Position Summary
We are seeking motivated and dependable individuals to join our Seasonal Grounds Crew team. This position assists in maintaining the golf course, landscaping, and club grounds to ensure a safe, clean, and visually outstanding environment for members and guests.
This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy working outdoors and being part of a team.
Responsibilities
- Mow greens, tees, fairways, and rough
- Trim and edge around bunkers, trees, and walkways
- Rake bunkers and maintain sand traps
- Operate basic grounds equipment (mowers, trimmers, blowers)
- Assist with irrigation and course setup
- Maintain landscaping around clubhouse and common areas
- Follow safety guidelines and equipment procedures
Qualifications
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting up to 50 lbs
- Early morning availability (typical start times may be 5:00–6:00 AM)
- Previous landscaping or golf course experience preferred but not required
