Position Summary:

This position performs Electronic Banking functions inaccordance with bank and regulatory policies and procedures. Theposition's responsibilities require independent analysis, communication andproblem solving. The position is based in the banks' Kuser Road facility.

Duties & Responsibilities:

1) Primary or secondaryresponsibility for the performance of “back office” Electronic Banking tasks asdefined in the Operations Procedures Manuals.

2) Tasks include supportof the Bank's Online Banking systems, Mobile Banking application, AutomatedClearing House processes, Debit Card Processing and Remote Deposit CaptureSystems.

3) Operational supportservices delivered to Branch Operations, Finance, Lending, Compliance andInformation Technology.

4) Daily operationsreport reviews and monitoring in accordance with stated operational andcompliance policies.

5) Daily core andcomplimentary systems processes monitoring in accordance with statedoperational and compliance policies.

6) Core and complimentarysystems application support to Information Technology for applicationrequirements definition, testing and implementation.

7) Work on and sometimesmanage projects related to new technologies and services within the electronicbanking area.

8) Create and producereports used by Deposit Operations, other departments and senior management.

9) Any other tasks orfunctions as assigned by Management.

    Preferred Requirements:

  • 1-2 years experience relevant to this position, ideally including working knowledge of Regulation E and NACHA rules..
  • Knowledge in core banking applications including FiServ Navigator/Access Manger and Complimentary Applications.
  • Proficient in electronic banking processes and procedures.
  • Working knowledge of banking regulatory requirements and their application to electronic banking procedures.
