Description:
Job Summary: The Senior FP&A Analyst is responsible for providing financial insight, forecasting, and analytical support to drive informed business decisions across the organization. This role plays a critical part in budgeting, forecasting, performance reporting, and margin analysis for a growing automotive repair equipment business with multiple revenue streams, including equipment sales, service, parts, and field operations. This position requires strong collaboration with executive leadership, sales, service, operations, and accounting.

Duties/Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain rolling forecasts for balance sheet, cash flow, and P&L
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial performance reports, including variance analysis against budget and prior periods
- Build and enhance financial models to support strategic planning and growth initiatives
- Support pricing strategies, incentives, and other programs through financial modeling and analysis
- Lead the annual budget process and reforecasts, aligning financial planning with business objectives
- Provide detailed financial reporting and analysis for operational KPIs
- Maintain and improve financial reporting tools, dashboards, and KPIs
- Ensure compliance with financial controls and data integrity across all financial systems
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance forecasting accuracy, reporting efficiency, and data visibility
- Support audits, lender reporting, month- and year-end close, and other financial processes
- Other duties as assigned
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Advanced proficiency in Excel
- Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and variance analysis skills
- Strong strategic and analytical skills with excellent attention to detail and data accuracy
- Ability to communicate complex financial data to non-financial stakeholders
- Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.
- Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or related field.
- Four or more years of progressive experience in financial analysis or corporate finance.
- Proficient with ERP systems and BI/reporting tools.
- Experience in automotive/collision repair equipment or service-based industry and multi-site locations preferred.
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.

$90000.00 - $100000.00
