About the role

We’re looking for a Technical Project Manager to join our growing Engineering team. You’ll play a critical role in managing sprints, ensuring smooth cross-team collaboration, helping prioritize work, and keeping complex technical projects on track while solidifying our documentation. This role reports to the VP of Engineering and is a full-time, on-site W2 position based at our Huntington Beach office.


What you'll do

Own and manage agile ceremonies across multiple pods while coordinating across Development, QA, and Product teamsWork with cross-functional teams (Support, QA, Product) to triage, prioritize, and route production issues reported by internal teams or customersCollaborate with engineering and product leads to manage priorities, resolve blockers and track progress across business verticals and projectsDrive cross-team alignment and proactively manage technical dependencies for compliance initiatives (SOC-2, PCI), ensuring engineering and business stakeholders remain on track to meet audit and regulatory milestones.Understand the technical context of projects to help unblock decisions and communicate clearlyContinuously look for ways to improve team efficiency, processes, documentation and project visibility

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in technical project management, software delivery coordination, or agile program managementStrong organizational skills and attention to detail keeping projects on rails and people aligned using empathy-first mindsetComfortable in agile environments and familiar with sprint cadences, estimation, and team velocity tracking using Jira, Azure DevOps or similar toolsComfortable working across teams and managing competing priorities using solid written and verbal communication - clarity is everythingAble to grasp technical concepts and communicate effectively with engineers (you don’t need to code, but curiosity helps!)Self-motivated, resourceful, and proactive in removing roadblocks and bug triaging
The pay range for this role is:
120,000 - 140,000 USD per year(HQ - SoCal)
