MERCER COUNTY GENERAL EMPLOYMENT APPLICATION - 2026 YEAR

OVERVIEW:The MercerCounty General Employment Application is intended for individuals whoare interested in employment with Mercer County but do not currently see aposted vacancy that aligns with their background, skills, or career interests.

Submission ofthis application allows candidates to be considered for future employmentopportunities across County departments as workforce needs arise. Thisapplication is not for a specific position and does not guarantee aninterview or employment.

APPLICATION USE & RETENTION:

  • General Employment Applications are reviewed by theDepartment of Human Resources and may be:
  • Maintained in a County Talent Pool aligned with theapplicant's qualifications and areas of interest
  • Referred to departments seeking candidates for futurevacancies
  • Applications will remain on file for up to 6 months from the date of submission. Applicants may update or resubmit theirapplication at any time.
SALARY:

Salary is dependent on the position and qualifications at the time of hire.
