Sales Associate (Bilingual)

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to create a positive shopping experience for all clients.
- Effectively communicate product features, benefits, and promotions in both Spanish and English.
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products and services.
- Achieve and surpass sales targets through proactive engagement and relationship building.
- Assist with store merchandising, inventory management, and maintaining a clean, organized environment.
- Stay informed about the latest products, promotions, and company policies to provide accurate information.
- Collaborate with team members to meet store goals and ensure a seamless customer experience.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English, both written and verbal.
- Previous retail or sales experience is preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service orientation with a positive attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Basic proficiency with point-of-sale systems and inventory management is a plus.
- Reliable, punctual, and a team player.

Requirements:EDUCATION and/ or EXPERIENCE:
- High school diploma or equivalent.

SALARY/ BENEFITS:
- Base Salary Range $14.00 hourly
- Base + Commission (Hourly Pay and Commission Paid Weekly)
- Medical, Dental, Vision & Supplemental Insurance Benefits are eligible after 60 days
