A $1,000 sign-on bonus will be paid after six months of employment.
Essential Functions:
- To manage a route following completion of required training.
- Pickup and Deliver customer wheels
- Ability to jack up cars to remove wheels and properly reinstall
- Provide outstanding customer service
- Ensure the growth of the company through the acquisition of new customers
- Safely operate company vehicle, deliver on average, 30+ wheels with tires per day. Each Tire and wheel weighs approximately 50 pounds.
- Resolve customer problems or complaints. Respond to customer calls in a safe and timely manner.
- Use company process/system to manage customers in keying transactions and payments, balance all route activities, follow daily and am/pm procedures, and maintain customer data.
- Protect company assets, including equipment collection and payments. This includes the protection of customers by diligently performing all duties in a safe manner.
- The company conducts a full license check. Your license must be clear and remain clear of any infractions.
- Basic computer and data entry skills and math abilities.
- Demonstrated proficiency in route operations
- Ability to communicate with and influence people in order to sell products and services to existing customers.
- Ability to meet Company Driver Qualification Policy
- Ability to pass a background test
