Scheduling Specialist

Do you enjoy keeping things organized and making sure everything runs smoothly?

We are looking for a detail-oriented Scheduling Specialist to join our team. In this role, youll manage daily schedule entries, ensure staffing needs are met, and serve as the go-to trainer for our scheduling program. Your organizational skills and ability to communicate across teams will help keep our operations efficient and effective.

What Youll Do

• Schedule staff to meet the changing needs of the facility, including coverage for sick time, PTO, and additional staffing requirements
• Enter and maintain staff schedules in the master scheduling program
• Generate and manage scheduling reports, including overtime, appointments, and 1:1 observations
• Share communications with appropriate departments in a timely manner
• Provide scheduling information to staff and individuals served as needed
• Partner with leadership, HR, medical, programs, and operations to coordinate callouts and attendance concerns
• Train supervisory staff on the scheduling system and provide ongoing support

What Were Looking For

Education

• High School diploma or GED (required)

Experience

• Experience working with scheduling systems and supporting staffing operations
  (preferred)
