  • Analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and recommend improvements to services and products.
  • Conduct regular check-ins with clients to ensure their needs are met and to foster long-term relationships.

Knowledge

  • In-depth understanding of customer service principles and best practices.
  • Familiarity with account management processes and tools.
  • Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software and data analysis techniques.
  • Awareness of industry trends and competitor offerings to better serve customers.

Salary Information

$35000.00 - $55000.00 Annual Salary
