At Benzel-Busch Mercedes-Benz, we don’t just sell cars- we deliver experiences. As the first point of contact, you’ll play a key role in welcoming guests, assisting clients, and ensuring our showroom reflects the elegance and excellence of Mercedes-Benz.

What You’ll Do:

• Warmly welcome and host all customers to create a meaningful and lasting impression.
• Assist coordinates and assign the visitors/ customers to the respective consultants.
• Transmit a positive first impression about the Mercedes-Benz brand, company, and dealership.
• Assess visitors’/customers’ concerns and or needs and work closely with the sales and sales management team to ensure each customer has an exceptional experience.
• Proactively offer visitors to explore the showroom on their own while always maintaining availability to answer questions.
• Answer or direct phone calls with confidence and care.
• Support the sales team with scheduling, client follow-up, and hospitality tasks.
• Help keep our showroom running smoothly and looking its best.

What We’re Looking For:

• A high-energy people person with excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills, and a polished presence.
• Comfortable with multitasking while remaining pleasant and approachable.
• Detail-oriented, reliable, and tech-friendly.
• Prior customer service or front desk experience a plus (willing to train the right person for this excellent opportunity).

Compensation

• $20- $25 per hour, depending on experience
• Flexible Part-Time schedule.
