Role Overview
We are looking for a Junior Full Stack Developer with strong frontend expertise in React (latest versions & ecosystem) and working exposure to backend technologies such as Python or Node.js. The ideal candidate should be passionate about building modern, scalable web applications, be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and eager to grow into a well-rounded full stack engineer.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop responsive, high‑performance web application frontends using React, Hooks, Context API, Redux, and modern UI libraries.
- Collaborate with designers, product teams, and senior developers to translate requirements into clean, maintainable code.
- Build and integrate backend APIs using Node.js or Python (basic to intermediate level expected).
- Work with REST APIs, JSON data structures, and third‑party integrations.
- Participate in code reviews, debugging, and performance optimization.
- Deploy, test, and maintain applications on any cloud platform (AWS/Azure/GCP exposure is sufficient).
- Follow best practices in version control (Git), documentation, and agile development.
- 1–3 years of hands‑on experience in web application development.
- Strong proficiency in React.js, including:
- React 18+
- Hooks, Functional Components
- State management (Redux/Context API)
- React Router, Axios/Fetch
- UI frameworks (Material UI, Tailwind, Bootstrap)
- Good understanding of JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3.
- Working knowledge of backend development using Node.js or Python.
- Experience with REST APIs, basic database concepts (SQL/NoSQL).
- Exposure to cloud environments (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Familiarity with Git, CI/CD basics, and agile workflows.
- Experience with build tools (Webpack, Vite, Babel).
- Knowledge of authentication flows (JWT, OAuth).
- Basic understanding of Docker or containerized environments.
- Ability to troubleshoot UI/UX issues and optimize performance.
- Bachelor’s/Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Hybrid: 3 days/week onsite at Hyderabad office.
- Should be available to join immediately or within a short notice period.
