The Front Desk Clerk at Crowne Plaza Virginia Beach, VA serves as the primary point of contact for guests, ensuring a welcoming and efficient check-in and check-out experience. Salary ranges from 17.00 to 19.00 an hour. 

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a customer service or front desk role, preferably in the hospitality industry.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

  • Respond to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism and a solution-oriented approach.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure guest needs are met.
  • Process payments, issue receipts, and maintain accurate records of transactions.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area and lobby.
  • Provide information about hotel services, local attractions, and transportation options.
  • Adhere to all hotel policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
