Key Responsibilities:

- Process payroll accurately and on time for all employees, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations

- Review and verify payroll data, including hours worked, deductions, and benefits

- Maintain and update payroll records and employee information in the payroll system

- Resolve payroll discrepancies and respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll issues

- Prepare and distribute payroll reports for management and auditing purposes

- Assist with year-end payroll activities, including tax filings and reporting

- Collaborate with HR and finance teams to ensure seamless payroll operations

- Stay current with payroll laws and regulations to ensure ongoing compliance


Skills and Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Human Resources, or related field

- Proven experience as a Payroll Analyst or similar role

- Strong understanding of payroll processing, tax regulations, and compliance standards

- Proficiency with payroll software and MS Office Suite, especially Excel

- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

- Effective communication skills and ability to handle sensitive information discreetly

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

Requirements:

Associates Degree preferred

Payroll experience (2 years) preferred

English required



Salary Information

$16.46 - $28.81 Hourly Wage
