Part-Time Certified Medical Assistant

Our office is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Part-Time Certified Medical Assistant to join our practice. The ideal candidate will support our medical team and ensure patients receive the highest quality of care. This position requires a strong understanding of clinical procedures, excellent communication skills, and a genuine commitment to patient well-being.

Responsibilities

• Administer immunizations and vaccinations (required).

• Accurately record patient histories, vital signs, and other relevant medical information.

• Assist healthcare providers during examinations and procedures by preparing patients and ensuring their comfort.

• Perform routine tests and screenings, including pediatric-related assessments.

• Maintain a clean, organized clinical environment in compliance with infection control standards.

• Follow established medication administration protocols.

Qualifications

• Certification as a Medical Assistant.

• Experience administering vaccinations (required).

• Pediatric experience or familiarity preferred but not required.

• Proficiency in taking vital signs and understanding medication administration procedures.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with patients and staff.

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

• Previous experience as a Medical Assistant or in a similar clinical role preferred, but not mandatory.
