We are currently seeking friendly and enthusiastic Part-Time Servers to join our team.

Job Summary:
As a Part-Time Server, you will play a vital role in ensuring our residents enjoy a positive dining experience in our community dining room. You will be responsible for taking orders, serving meals, and providing outstanding customer service in a warm and welcoming environment. This position is perfect for individuals who have a passion for working with seniors and strive to make a difference in their lives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet residents and guests with a friendly demeanor and a warm smile.
•  Present menus and explain daily specials to residents.
• Take meal orders accurately and efficiently.
• Serve food and beverages in a timely manner, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met.
• Assist residents with special dietary needs, preferences, and allergies as necessary.
• Clear tables and clean dining areas between meals.
• Assist with setting up and breaking down the dining area before and after meal service.
• Build positive relationships with residents and encourage social interactions during meals.
• Communicate any resident concerns to the dining services manager.
• Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a clean and safe dining environment.

Qualifications: 

• Previous experience in a food service or hospitality role is preferred but not required.
• A passion for working with seniors and providing excellent customer service.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
•  Must be reliable, punctual, and able to handle a fast-paced environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
