Overview of Role

The role will report to Quality Management and support all production and warehouse processes. This role will be involved in a variety of manufacturing, testing, kitting, and packaging operations in a dynamic and proactive work environment. This position will become an active part of a quickly growing team! This role will be located at our Lincoln, CA location.

Key Responsibilities

Inspect pre-cut/pre-assembled in coming raw materials (beams, frames, electrical wire, wood moisture content).

Inspect individual sauna pieces during build for dimensional accuracy and aesthetic flaws.

Test electronic heaters and lights for the sauna.

Inspect completed sauna and verify that the fit and finish of all pieces together align with our quality standard.

Inspect the crated sauna and verify all pieces are included, undamaged, and placed properly to prevent damage during shipment.

Document wood shop products (saunas, showers, shipping crates) with photographs.

Experience with woodworking and carpentry processes

Experience working with a variety of different teams and departments

Experience working in Quality or Manufacturing Operations
