About the Opportunity
Cedars Community and Concept Rehab is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Full-Time Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our therapy team. This is a great opportunity to make a meaningful impact while working in a supportive environment focused on quality care and exceptional outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide therapy treatments under the direction and supervision of a Physical Therapist
- Assist in developing and implementing individualized treatment plans
- Document services provided in accordance with facility and regulatory guidelines
- Collaborate with the therapy team to ensure positive patient outcomes
- Educate patients, families, and caregivers on exercises and mobility strategies
- Support a patient-focused culture that promotes dignity, safety, and independence
Qualifications
- Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) in the state of Wisconsin
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of an interdisciplinary team
- Passion for helping individuals improve their functional abilities
