About this position

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Service Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in bathroom remodeling or similar trades, light plumbing, & carpentry, be committed to quality workmanship, and have a strong focus on customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for performing service and warranty work, minor repairs, and ensuring the job site remains clean and organized.

Responsibilities

Complete service and warranty work on bathroom installations (walk-in showers, tubs, etc.)
Assist with minor remodeling and repair tasks
Conduct assessments of installed products and provide feedback
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Communicate effectively with customers and provide top-tier service
Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during service appointments
Collaborate with the installation and customer service teams for seamless job completion
Qualifications

Experience in bathroom remodeling, plumbing, carpentry, or related trades
Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly and effectively
Excellent communication skills and customer-focused approach
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Ability to lift and carry heavy materials as needed
