What We Have For You:
As a rapidly growing, full-service real estate firm, we offer services in commercial property management, residential property management, association management, commercial sales & leasing, residential home sales, and business sales. Your exposure to All Things Real Estate will give you a broad understanding of a dynamic, multi-entity business and the opportunity to make a true impact at the leadership level.
This is a high-visibility role that works directly with executive leadership to guide financial strategy, budgeting, and forecasting across multiple entities. You'll have the autonomy to lead the accounting team, refine processes, and contribute to the growth and scalability of the organization.

The Scope of Work
- Manage high volumes of phone calls, emails, and texts from tenants and HOA/Condo homeowners
- Help address questions and concerns about rent, HOA dues, special assessments, general questions and complaints
- Support homeowners and tenants with account questions and issues related to online payment platforms
- Track, log, and respond to HOA/Condo Association Architectural Change Requests
- Monitor, report on, and follow up regarding HOA/Condo Association violations
- Assist with communication around special assessments and dues collection efforts
- Respond to lease and account questions, tenant/client concerns, and vendor coordination needs
- Maintain organized records for HCI tracking, applications, and service issues
- Collaborate closely with multiple departments to ensure consistent and clear communication across all parties
